From the contact form on this website:

• first name and surname (as separate fields)
• email address
• phone number
• the course date you are interested in
• the optional note you write yourself
• technical details of the submission: time, page language and how you arrived at the site (UTM parameters and referrer)

If you actually enrol, further data is added for the contract, invoicing and attendance records required by the Jsem v kurzu programme (in particular name, address, date of birth and the details required by the Czech Labour Office).

Teaching sessions are recorded. This is an obligation arising from the conditions of the Jsem v kurzu programme, not my choice. You are always told about the recording at the start of the course.

• Answering your enquiry — based on the consent you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Entering into and performing the training contract — processing is necessary to perform the contract.
• Complying with legal obligations — accounting, tax documents, archiving, evidencing the course to the Czech Labour Office.
• Legitimate interest — protecting the site against form abuse (spam, bots) and defending legal claims.
• Analytics and advertising — only with the consent you give in the cookie banner.

• Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: no more than 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Concluded contracts and accounting records: for the period required by law (usually 10 years for tax documents).
• Records required by the Jsem v kurzu programme: for the period set by the programme conditions.
• Teaching recordings: for the period required by the programme, then deleted.
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

I do not sell your data and never pass it on for someone else's marketing. I do use common tools whose providers act as processors:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and running this website
• Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Workspace (email, the spreadsheets where enquiries are stored) and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — with your consent, advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)
• Zoom Communications — online teaching
• my accountant and, where applicable, an email delivery tool

Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The site uses essential cookies without which it would not work — these are always set and do not require consent.

Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) only start once you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Until then they are not loaded at all, so they cannot measure anything.

You can change your consent at any time — clear the cookies in your browser, or write to me and I will reset it for you.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• know what data I hold about you and receive a copy
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have data erased when there is no longer a reason to process it
• restrict processing or object to it
• receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it elsewhere
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the systems holding enquiries is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. Form data is not stored in your browser or in any publicly accessible database.

I do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that would have legal effects for you. A human always decides whether to call you and what to offer.

I use AI tools when preparing materials and texts. I do not put your personal data into them unless it is necessary to deliver the service you ordered.
