Terms and conditions

The service is a training course on the practical use of artificial intelligence, delivered online (Zoom) or in person depending on the date chosen. The scope, content and dates of each course are stated in the course listing on this site and in the enrolment confirmation.

Submitting the form commits you to nothing and costs nothing. It is simply a request to be contacted. A contract only arises once we agree on a specific date and I confirm your enrolment in writing (email is enough).

Course prices on this site always include any applicable tax. The course is part of the Czech Labour Office's Jsem v kurzu programme, under which the subsidy covers 76.73 % of the course price and the participant pays a 23.27 % share.

The Czech Labour Office alone decides whether to grant the subsidy, based on the application you submit. I have no influence over that decision and cannot guarantee it. If the application is not approved, the enrolment is cancelled at no cost to you — unless we expressly agree that you will take the course at the full price.

Your share is payable before the course starts, against a document I issue, unless we agree otherwise.

• More than 14 days before the start: free of charge, any amount paid is refunded in full.
• 14 to 3 days before the start: a cancellation fee of 50 % of your share applies, or I will move you to another date free of charge.
• Less than 3 days before the start, or non-attendance without notice: your share is forfeited unless you send a substitute.
• Cancellation for medical reasons supported by a doctor's note: I will always offer a free transfer to another date.

I may also cancel a course — in particular if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for serious operational reasons. In that case I will offer an alternative date, and if it does not suit you I will refund everything you have paid within 14 days.

The conditions of the Jsem v kurzu programme require attendance of at least 80 % of the total course, attendance records with exact times, participants signing in under their own name, and recording of the teaching. By enrolling you agree to this arrangement.

If the attendance condition is not met, the certificate may not be issued and the Labour Office may reduce or refuse the subsidy.

For the duration of the course I provide access to shared accounts for paid AI tools. The credentials are for teaching purposes only, must not be passed to third parties, and access ends when the course does. The specific tools may change over time depending on availability and their providers' terms.

Study materials are for your personal use. They must not be redistributed, sold or used for your own commercial training without my written consent.

Once the conditions are met (attendance, final test and project presentation), you receive a certificate of completion in the form required by the programme.

If you are a consumer and we concluded the contract remotely, you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. If you expressly ask for teaching to start before that period expires and the course begins in the meantime, you pay a proportionate part of the price for what has already been delivered.

I will always try to resolve any dispute by agreement. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz, is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

The course teaches you to use AI tools. I am not liable for the results you achieve with them or for decisions you make on their basis. Third-party tools may change their terms, pricing or availability at any time — if that happens I will adapt the course content so that its educational goal is still met.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code. I may amend these terms; the version in force on the day your enrolment is confirmed applies to that enrolment.
